** Job Description
** Railserve is hiring dependable, safety-focused CDL Drivers in Kansas to support rail construction and operations projects. This is a full-time, hands-on role responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and tools to job sites while supporting field  this role, you will safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle, assist with loading and unloading equipment, and support field teams as needed. You will play a critical role in ensuring materials and equipment are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with DOT and FRA regulations.

** Hourly pay based on experience
** Duties
* ** Safely operate a Class A truck hauling equipment on flatbed and lowboy trailers
* Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
* Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform basic preventive maintenance
* Report any defects or maintenance needs to internal teams
* Maneuver trucks in tight environments such as construction zones and active job sites
* Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials safely
* Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
* Maintain proper documentation for deliveries, inspections, and incidents
* Assist with labor or equipment operation tasks as needed
* Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols
* Perform additional duties as assigned
** Job Requirements
*** Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
* Ability to secure loads safely to trailers
* Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
* Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
* Ability to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and job site environments
* Ability to operate in construction zones and uneven terrain
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
* Strong attention to safety and detail
