We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to support a major on site capital project in Lebanon, Indiana. This is a fully on site W2 contract role with responsibility for both electrical and instrumentation construction execution.

The role is split approximately 50 percent field based and 50 percent planning and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical and instrumentation construction activities.
• Oversee electrical and instrumentation SMEs.
• Ensure work meets approved quality plans and specifications.
• Drive three week look ahead planning and proactive issue identification.
• Hold EPC and construction contractors accountable for delivery.
• Maintain strong field presence and resolve issues in real time.

Experience

Required:

• Electrical construction project management background.
• Exposure to instrumentation and controls scopes.
• Experience managing EPC or major construction contractors.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Life sciences or pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Heavy industry backgrounds such as oil and gas are also suitable.
