Safety Manager

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our safety operations – supporting our field leadership by overseeing the safety of various construction jobsites around Lebanon and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, trainings, evaluations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Coordination of Risk Assessments & Job Hazard Analysis
• Site Specific Safety Plans
• Site Safety Inspections
• Conduct Safety Trainings & Evaluations

• Assess/Provide PPE
• Maintain Inspection & Training Records
• Prepare Reports
• Develop Safety Strategies

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effective collaboration with team members and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is recommended, as well as the ability to utilize and learn various software programs. A Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management or related field, as well as a Board of Certified Safety Professional certification such as CSP, SMP, CHST are preferred, but not required.

5+ years of experience in safety is preferred, as well as a robust understanding and application of OSHA regulations. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent leadership communication, and problem-solving skills. This candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent to be considered for employment.
