Your role as a Construction Project CoordinatorKey responsibilities:
- Collect and distribute construction and design reports.
- Manage contractor documentation from pre‑mobilization to close out.
- Track the status of key project deliverables, open issues, and action items.
- Maintain construction office and prepare for site visits and meetings for internal and external visitors.
- Maintain contractor compliance documentation such as insurance, passports/Visas, etc.
- Track and log deliveries of Material Handling Equipment from Specialty Contractors.
- Work closely on site with New Cold Project Team, General Contractor, and all Specialty Contractors.
- Perform additional general administrative tasks to strengthen and support the project execution phase.
We are seeking motivated and forward‑thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast‑moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Prior experience with a development and/or construction company (a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a self‑starter.
- Must be able to work on the construction site Monday‑Friday, 40 hours a week.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite required.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders timely and professionally.
- Previous supply chain logistics and/or warehousing experience (a plus).
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
