MUST HAVE

EXPERIENCE:

10+ years quantity surveying (sqft drywall, linear pipe distances, cable length) Must come from large project 200-300M+ pharma NOT required. Oil and gas works! Experience can work in lieu of degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and track installed quantities across the project, including:
  Square footage of drywall Linear footage of piping Cable and electrical installations Other building and infrastructure components
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs based on field progress
• Monitor and report on construction progress against plan
• Work closely with construction and project controls teams to validate installed work
• Maintain clear documentation of measured quantities and progress metrics
• Ensure alignment between field progress and project reporting requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Measurer, or similar role
• Strong background in field-based measurement of installed construction work
• Experience on large-scale capital projects ($200M–$300M+)
• Ability to accurately quantify multiple trades (mechanical, electrical, architectural)
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
