WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Tying rebar
- Installing anchor bolts
- Setting and stripping forms
- Pouring and vibrating concrete in footings, walls, and grade beams
- Reading blueprints and layout markings
- Working alongside heavy equipment and excavation crews
- Ensuring quality and accuracy with all concrete placements
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
- 2–4 years of experience in structural or foundation concrete work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout marks
- Proficient in using measuring tools (tape measures, laser levels, plumb bobs)
- Skilled in tying rebar and setting anchor bolts accurately
- Knowledge of forming systems and layout for footings, grade beams, and walls
- Comfortable working around excavation areas and with heavy machinery crews
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Team-first attitude and willingness to support crew needs
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- OSHA 10 preferred (or willing to obtain)
