Merritt Contracting in Indiana seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to own civil construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. You will lead field teams, coordinate with foremen, crews, the Civil Field Manager (CFM), Project Engineers, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work safe, productive, on schedule, and within budget.
The right candidate understands production rates, labor/equipment planning, change orders, scheduling, procurement, and customer expectations.
