i-Pharm GxP is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer on one of the largest capital projects currently underway in the US. We are recruiting a Systems Turnover Coordinator to own the process that moves systems from construction, through commissioning and qualification, and into the hands of operations.
If you know CTOP work inside out, this is that role at scale, on a multi-building GMP campus.
The roleYou will be the central coordination point for turnover across construction, C&Q, engineering, contractors and operations, reporting to the Construction Lead. The job is making sure turnover packages and documentation are accurate, complete and compliant with project, regulatory and GMP/GDP requirements, while keeping systems moving to schedule.
What you'll be doing:- Defining and managing acceptance criteria for system turnover, covering both equipment and documentation
- Planning, prioritising and sequencing system turnovers in line with project schedules and milestones
- Receiving and reviewing completed turnover packages from contractors and the Project Construction Lead, and confirming they meet project procedures and GMP/GDP requirements
- Verifying installation records, ITRs, construction test packs, weld records, vendor documentation and quality dossiers ahead of system acceptance
- Coordinating and scheduling MC walkdowns and inspections with construction, C&Q, engineering, contractors and operations
- Creating, tracking and closing out punch lists, making sure deficiencies are assigned, monitored and resolved
- Maintaining turnover tracking tools, documentation registers and punch list systems
- Monitoring system readiness, identifying documentation gaps or construction issues, and escalating risks and delays
- Reporting turnover progress, documentation completeness, punch status and system readiness to project leadership
- Ensuring all activities comply with company and regulatory EHS requirements
