Construction Laborer – Immediate Hiring

We are hiring Construction Laborers to join a busy construction project in Lebanon, IN. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable with physical work and want to build their construction experience.

You will work with a construction crew performing concrete work, material handling, site cleanup, and general labor tasks while following all safety requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with concrete pours and move concrete using wheelbarrows and a come-along
• Clean up after concrete and foundation work
• Tear down concrete forms and safely remove materials
• Perform general construction site cleanup
• Move and install jobsite signs
• Remove dust, dirt, and debris from work areas
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Load, move, and organize construction materials
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team
• Follow all OSHA/site safety rules and wear required PPE

What We're Looking For:

• Previous construction, general labor, concrete, demolition, or other physically demanding experience
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
