Location: Lebanon, IN
Duration: 7-10 Months (Start: Early/Mid October)
Type: 1099 Contractor

Pay Rate: $49/hr
Overtime:Yes
Per Diem: $125/day (Days Worked Only, for non-local candidates)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Approximately 50 Hours/Week
Additional Schedule Details: Typical work hours are 6:00-7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturdays may be required based on project needs.

Join a mid-sized general contractor supporting a major data center construction project in Lebanon, Indiana. This opportunity provides hands‑on safety oversight for a long‑term project while working closely with project leadership and field personnel to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Construction safety experience supporting active job sites
• Strong field safety presence and hazard recognition skills
• Experience conducting site inspections and safety observations
• Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, supervision, and project leadership
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Data Center Construction Experience
• General Contractor Safety Experience
• CHST, ASP, CSP, STS-C, or other BCSP credential
• Experience supporting large commercial or industrial construction projects
• Familiarity with contractor management and compliance programs
• Experience conducting incident investigations and corrective actions

• Provide daily field safety oversight for active construction operations
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Verify equipment inspection processes are being completed and documented
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Review safety compliance throughout multiple project work areas
• Reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel and subcontractors
• Coordinate safety activities with project management and supervision
• Assist with safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Participate in incident response and investigations as necessary
• Monitor changing site conditions and emerging project risks
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the jobsite
