1st Shift Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description

Pro Resources is seeking a Vendor Communication Coordinator for a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a leading aftermarket semi-trailer parts distributor. This position serves as the primary point of contact between suppliers and dealers, coordinating nonstock parts orders, managing warranty claims, and providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM. Pay: $20.00/hour.

• Coordinate nonstock parts orders between suppliers and dealers.
• Provide customers with order status updates and estimated delivery dates (ETA).
• Manage warranty claims by obtaining documentation and working with suppliers to secure replacements or credits.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and claims within the CRM system.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment and claim resolution.
• Assist with improving communication and documentation processes through AI and automation initiatives.
• Deliver professional, timely customer service while managing multiple priorities.

• Previous customer service, administrative, order processing, or vendor coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience using CRM software;
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Familiarity with warranty claims or returns processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable learning new technology and adapting to new processes.
