Full-Time Hospital-Employed Physician-Only Practice

BAS Healthcare is partnering with Witham Health Services to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join an established and growing anesthesiology team in Lebanon, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to practice a broad scope of anesthesia in a supportive, physician-only model while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

• Full-time, hospital-employed position

• Physician-only anesthesia practice (manage 100% of your own cases)

• Coverage includes 4 Operating Rooms, 1 OB OR, Endoscopy Suite, and 4 delivery rooms

• Case mix includes General, Orthopedic, ENT, GI, Spine, OB/GYN, Breast, Healthy Pediatrics, and Podiatry

• Occasional coverage for MRI and Cath Lab

• No cardiac, thoracic, or neuro cases

• Comfort with basic nerve blocks required

• Variable daily schedule, typically 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Average one 24-hour call per week

• One weekend every 6 7 weeks

• Home call with a 30-minute response time

• Position available due to team growth

• EMR: Meditech

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

• Comfortable with a broad case mix and basic regional techniques
