Job Title: Automation Program Delivery Manager
Contract: Initial 12 Month
Rate: Competitive | W2 Only
On-site: 3 Weeks per Month
I am supporting a globally recognised pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking an experienced Automation Program Delivery Manager to join a major Drug Substance expansion programme in Lebanon, Indiana.
This is a senior programme role within a large capital investment portfolio, responsible for governance, reporting, and delivery oversight across multiple automation work streams in a regulated manufacturing environment. The position offers high visibility across site leadership, global engineering, and capital project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme governance and oversight across automation projects.
- Tracking project health, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
- Acting as key interface between site, global engineering, and leadership.
- Leading PMO controls: cost, budget, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monthly reporting packs and executive-level KPI dashboards.
- Managing RAID logs, schedules (P6/MS Project), and action tracking.
- Oversight of automation platforms including Delta
V and PAT systems. - Coordination across vendors, integrators, and internal teams.
- 10+ years’ automation experience in pharma or regulated manufacturing.
- Strong background in API / Drug Substance environments.
- Strong project controls, reporting, and scheduling experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience (PM certification advantageous).
