Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in automation engineering, building automation, HVAC controls, utilities automation, or facility automation.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Johnson Controls JCI Metasys BMS platform.
- Experience with Metasys controllers, network engines, supervisory servers, graphics, alarms, trends, schedules, and user/access setup.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and facility automation systems in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
- Experience with AHUs, clean rooms, utilities, environmental controls, temperature, humidity, differential pressure, airflow, and alarm monitoring.
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, loop checks, point‑to‑point checks, functional testing, and troubleshooting of BMS equipment.
- Experience reviewing BMS control logic, sequences of operation, point databases, I/O lists, graphics, and related documentation.
- Working knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLC/HMI systems or related industrial control platforms.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or GMP‑regulated manufacturing environments.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering, facilities, IT/OT, QA, CQV, operations, maintenance, vendors, and project teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, issue‑resolution, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work onsite daily at the customer manufacturing facility.
Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 a year
