Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ignition Engineer to join our team for a hybrid position based in Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and maintaining Ignition systems, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires onsite work in Lebanon, IN, one week per month, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining three weeks.

• Design, develop, and implement Ignition SCADA systems tailored to manufacturing processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Integrate and troubleshoot Rockwell Automation systems, ensuring seamless operation with Ignition platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address project requirements.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• Provide support for system updates, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Document processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize system performance.

• 5 years of proven experience as an Ignition Engineer with expertise in Rockwell Automation systems.
• Solid background in the pharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Proficiency in SCADA systems, PLC programming, and HMI design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Lebanon, IN, one week per month.
