Piping​/Mechanical Lead

We're supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer on a major capital expansion and are looking to appoint an experienced Piping / Mechanical Lead to join the project team on an initial 12-month contract.

This is a fully on-site position based in Lebanon, Indiana
, supporting the delivery of complex mechanical and piping installation activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Lead mechanical and piping field execution across a major capital project.
• Oversee installation of process piping, mechanical systems, and production equipment.
• Resolve field issues and work closely with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure all work is delivered in compliance with GMP, quality, and safety requirements.

• Proven experience as a Piping Lead, Mechanical Lead, or Mechanical Superintendent.
• A background delivering capital projects within pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory environments

• Strong knowledge of process piping, mechanical systems, utilities, and equipment installation.
• Experience managing contractors and driving field execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
