Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

A leading industrial company is hiring a Project Engineer to join their team at the Eli Lilly site in Lebanon, Indiana. This temp position supports a major construction project, offering immediate start and a duration of 3-6 months. The role involves field coordination, workface planning, and project execution activities.

• Coordinate the development and management of installation work packages and testing components.
• Conduct site walkdowns to confirm installation progress and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and track project metrics using earned value techniques.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel, engineers, and clients to support project goals.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and communicate technical findings clearly.

• At least 2 years of experience in industrial construction as a Project Engineer.
• Proven success managing installation and turnover packages and conducting field walkdowns.
• Familiarity with piping systems, P&IDs, and project scheduling tools like Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to support conclusions with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
