The RoleAs an Athletic Trainer, you’ll design and deliver innovative injury-prevention programs, provide first-aid care, and support employee wellness on-site. You’ll work with EHS teams, HR, and leadership to foster a culture of health and safety.
What You’ll Do- Implement and manage injury-prevention programs
- Conduct ergonomic and physical demands assessments
- Deliver education on wellness and injury prevention
- Provide first-aid injury management (within OSHA guidelines)
- Collaborate with client teams to strengthen workplace health
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), licensed or license-eligible in state
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for employee health and wellness
