Integrative Wellness LLC (InWell) is a client-centered practice offering outpatient and school-based therapeutic services across Boone, Clinton, and Montgomery Counties. The clinical school based therapist will be a master’s level professional with a license in a mental health or social work in the state of Indiana (OR BE LICENSED ELIGIBLE) . The clinical therapist will work independently as well as with an interdisciplinary team providing therapeutic care to a school based and outpatient office settings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients and parents/guardians
- Work in a variety of different settings
- Render diagnostic impressions and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
- Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress
- Involve and advise family members when appropriate
- Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary
- Attend case conferences and IEP meetings as required by school and their families (for School-Based positions).
- Maintain thorough records of client meetings and progress
- Follow all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality
- Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the managing member
In relation to the organization:
- Comply with agency policies and procedures
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Complete probation and DCS reports by the 6th of each month
- Complete treatment plans as required per insurance (60 or 90 day rule).
- Keep schedule up to date and 2 weeks in advance
- Complete client notes in a timely manner
- Maintain client caseload
- Complete discharge summaries as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and stakeholders
- Attend individual and group supervision as required by supervisor
- Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis techniques
- Knowledge of Psychology and experience working with children
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to foster positive relationships
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health professional
- Experience in school-based or child-focused therapeutic environments is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt approaches to meet unique client needs
- Commitment to providing client-centered, compassionate care
