$90,000 – $120,000 / year

Responsibilities

Team Rehab offers the opportunity to open and lead a clinic with an ownership path, supported by the systems, resources, and mentorship of an established organization.

Summary

The Clinic Director is a unique model for the physical therapist who wants to have ownership in a clinic while still having the support of a company. This leadership role’s primary responsibilities are growing, developing and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards.

Strategic Planning
  • The Clinic Director is key in clinic set‑up and provides input on clinic location and layout.
  • Take control of quality of care in the clinic, adopting a patient‑centered approach.
  • The Clinic Director has all the normal responsibilities of a physical therapist with the addition of hiring and managing the right staff.
Marketing
  • Support the marketing reps and fellow clinics’ initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with key physicians and referral sources to promote Team’s commitment to care.
  • Attend lunches and functions set up by marketing.
  • Ensure that the clinic is a positive influence in the community.
Financial and Operational Management
  • Keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments.
  • Manage productivity and set clear, measurable expectations.
  • Manage the clinic budget to support overall financial health.
  • Be aware of clinic expenses such as patient travel, office supplies, and medical supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
  • Monitor KPIs to maximize clinic performance and profitability.
  • Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy to maintain high quality of care.
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Leadership and Staff Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff.
  • Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.
  • Promote staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment where people from all backgrounds are respected.
  • Enforce policies to maintain a safe and positive working environment.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy.
  • Desire to own/run a clinic.
  • 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care.
  • Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a physical therapist.
  • Committed to making DEI a priority, bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce.
