Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Directly supervise catering operations including coordination of staff, rental equipment, setup, service, and breakdown for events of varying size.;
Book events, select and cost menu items, and set pricing as needed.;
Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews; coordinate activities with other internal departments; participate in management team meetings.;
Interface with vendors and client stakeholders; represent Aramark and the client at meetings and events; manage external customer relations.;
Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards using checklists and hands-on supervision; participate in catering training programs and help develop training for hourly, part-time, and student employees.
