• Provide remote desktop Level L2 troubleshooting of end user issues by taking remote control.
• Solve technical issues related to Windows 10/11, iOS, Mac OS and standard software components such as MS Office, VPN, Anti-Virus, Skype.
• Enroll iOS devices in MDM (JAMF) and investigate incidents and tasks.
• Deploy device drivers and Windows patch updates.
• Troubleshoot laptop/desktop performance, group policy, encryption, and failed software configuration.
• Manage security compliance health status of end user workstations.
• Use Service Now for ticketing and incident management.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate supported software, hardware, and peripheral incidents.
• Adjust configuration options to resolve defects during corrective action.
• Investigate desktop level incidents and identify root causes.
• Deploy, monitor, and report device drivers including BIOS and utilities.
• Support Windows 11 Feature upgrade using modern management techniques (Intune/Auto Pilot).
• Provide L2 workstation operational support.
• Monitor and report on user experience and workstation image deployments and patch compliance metrics.

• Bachelor of Computer Science

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
