TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide technical support and maintain IT systems for a large-scale industrial/project site in Lebanon, Indiana. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, maintaining network connectivity, and ensuring reliable IT operations across the project environment.

• Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support to end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and system performance issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on system upgrades and issue resolution.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking records.
• Follow company cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with IT standards.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of IT support, desktop support, or systems administration experience.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and support a dynamic project environment.

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant IT certifications.
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
