SAP Extended Warehouse Management Consultant

Job Description

Gather, document, and validate warehouse operations and supply chain business requirements

Support and lead EWM startup and go-live activities including cutover planning and hypercare

Validate data migration and execute integration and user acceptance testing

Create training materials, job aids, and documentation for warehouse users and supervisors

Conduct end-user and super-user training sessions

Coordinate with SAP ERP, Transportation Management, and MHE integration teams

Troubleshoot production issues and identify configuration, data, or training-related gaps

Maintain documentation on system configurations, process flows, and training content

Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership

Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and IT stakeholders

5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation, support, and training experience

NEED experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP EWM implementation or major go-live/startup

Strong knowledge of EWM processes:

• Inbound & outbound processing
• Warehouse task & order management
• Physical inventory
• Labor management
• RF framework

Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional specifications

Proven ability to develop and deliver end-user training programs in warehouse/distribution environments

Working knowledge of SAP EWM integrations with SAP MM and SD
