** Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD)

PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics and Global Services supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers. As the
** Manager Logistics**, you will lead and oversee logistics and distribution operations across multiple facilities and value streams, driving efficiency, performance, and operational excellence.

* What You Will Do:

*** Designs and optimizes logistics plans and processes to meet internal partner needs while ensuring uninterrupted operations.
* Leads and develops a team of section managers and frontline leaders to effectively execute logistics activities and achieve operational objectives.
* Develops and maintains systems and metrics to monitor safety, quality, velocity, and cost performance, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
** What You Have (Basic Requirements):**

** Bachelor’s degree
* ** Analytical Thinking:
** Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
