The Digital Services Logistician is responsible for directing and coordinating Stellar Energy field team logistics personnel and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of the service team’s resources. Also, this role is responsible for supporting the overall field activities, providing mission critical tracking and organization of all field resources/materials in support of field personnel. Working as a team with the operations headquarters element/procurement team to transition resources from 3 rd party vendors and manufacturing facilities to the field seamlessly.

This role will seek to organize all field assets with the coordination of field team leaders to ensure projects arrive on scope from an operational, transportation, and logistical perspective.

• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
  
  Preparing bills and invoices
• Managing distribution and shipment budgets
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
