Yard Crew Member

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping things clean and organized? If so, B &R Services, a leader in portable restroom and septic services in Lebanon, Indiana, wants you to join our team as a Yard Laborer!

As a Yard Laborer, you’ll play a crucial role behind the scenes, helping ensure our equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for delivery. You’ll support the operations team by cleaning portable restrooms, organizing the yard, loading and unloading units, and performing general labor tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize portable restrooms using B&R Services’ 12-point cleaning process
• Assist with loading and unloading restrooms from trucks and trailers
• Organize and maintain inventory of units and equipment in the yard
• Conduct basic inspections to identify damage or needed repairs
• Help with minor repairs and maintenance of units as needed
• Support the service and delivery team with staging and prepping units for upcoming routes
• Keep the yard clean, orderly, and free of hazards
• Operate forklifts or other yard equipment (training provided)
• Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the Yard Manager or Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic mechanical skills and a willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, day shift, with occasional weekend or holiday hours
• Work Location:
  
  In-person, based at the Lebanon, Indiana facility

  35–50 hours per week
