Batch Assistant - 2nd Shift - IND

Position

This is an on‑site role.

• Prepare ingredients and mixes for batching, including chipping frozen materials, creating slurries, and operating liquefiers to produce pumpable preps for batch operators.
• Maintain accurate production records and support a clean, efficient manufacturing environment.
• Support deviation investigations by participating in equipment inspections, swabbing, sampling, documentation, and collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality, Purchasing) to ensure product quality and program compliance, support equipment or process deviations, locate warehouse samples, and verify standards.

• Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Dax 365.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality data systems.
• Detail‑oriented with analytical thinking and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments.
• Continuous improvement mindset, strong organization, proactive ownership, and comfort with a senior technical role.

2nd Shift Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM. No mandatory overtime. Benefits eligible after 60 days:
