As a Production Assembler,you’llhelp build, inspect, and package products according to daily production goals and quality standards.

You’llwork with your team to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Assemble products using work instructions and production schedules
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality
• Package and label finished goods
• Use basic hand tools, fixtures, or gauges as needed
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about production needs
  
  Report material shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues
• Complete simple production forms, logs, or checklists
• Help support or train new team members when needed
• Cross-trainin nearby production areas as needed

You do not need years of experience to be considered. The best fitis someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
