Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Senior Utilities Operator for the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana. This self-directed role requires operating and maintaining diverse utility systems with minimal supervision, while upholding GMP standards and safety.
You will support training of other Operators, pursue continuous improvement, and ensure accurate log documentation in a regulated manufacturing setting. This position offers 12-hour fixed shifts with day or night options.
