Role:
Lead Maintenance Technician at Lilly's new Lilly Medicine Foundry
overseeing maintenance of manufacturing and facilities equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Responsibilities:- perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
- lead technician teams
- troubleshoot equipment issues
- maintain accurate documentation
- collaborate with engineering and production teams
- support continuous improvement initiatives
- ensure safety and GMP compliance
- high school diploma
- minimum 5 years multi-craft maintenance experience in pharma or manufacturing
- authorization to work in the US
- proficiency in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and CMMS systems
- associate’s or technical degree
- 10+ years experience
- leadership skills
- strong troubleshooting
- familiarity with technical schematics
- manufacturing of clinical trial medicines in a cutting-edge facility, GMP environment, multi-shift schedule, supporting process equipment like pumps, boilers, HVAC, and utilities
- initially onsite in Indiana, transitioning from a Monday–Friday to a 12-hour shift schedule
- may require outside hours and PPE usage
