* Lead, coach, and motivate production team members to achieve safety, quality, and output targets
* Execute and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to standards
* Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies and proactively addressing risks
* Quickly resolve operational issues, including equipment or workflow disruptions, to minimize downtime
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations
* Train and develop employees, supporting onboarding and ongoing skill growth
* Communicate shift performance, challenges, and priorities through effective shift handoffs and reporting
* Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance#

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
* Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
* Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
* Bilingual English/Spanish required
