Our care team collaborates seamlessly to support 4 operating room suites,#2 endoscopy suites#as well as a dedicated OB OR suite. We facilitate diverse procedures across multiple specialties, including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, pediatric dental#and#neurology.

Minimum Education /License/Certification Requirements Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. BSN preferred. Must hold a valid license to practice Nursing in the State of Indiana and be CPR certified. Additional certifications are dependent on assigned care. RN is responsible for continuous self-professional development by attending seminars and maintaining CEU#s. The RN agrees to notify their supervisor should they need additional training pertaining to any area of their assigned duties.
