Travel RN - Cath Lab​/EP

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position at a community hospital in Indiana, requiring active Cath Lab experience and an IN or compact RN license.

• Active IN or compact RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior Cath Lab experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Proficiency in circulating, conscious sedation, and telemetry monitoring

• Work in the Cath Lab of a 104-bed community hospital
• Day shift schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (5x8s)
• Staff are required to remain until all procedures are complete each day, Monday through Friday
• No after-hours or weekend call requirements
• No weekend work required
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• Charting performed in Meditech
• May float to inpatient units or pre/post areas for task-only duties when Cath Lab volumes are low
• No parking costs
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply, provided they have Cath Lab experience
• Navy scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates must submit all time-off or scheduling requests at the time of initial consideration
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
• A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
• Candidates who were directly employed by the facility within the past 12 months are not eligible without prior written approval
• Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are accepted
