RN Medical Team Administrator

• Oversee daily medical operations within the correctional facility
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and medication administration
• Coordinate care with physicians, mental health, and dental providers
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and medical records
• Ensure compliance with correctional healthcare policies and regulations
• Respond to medical emergencies and stabilize patients
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Educate patients on health maintenance and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with facility leadership to enhance health services
