Rate: Up to $65/hour W2 + up to $3,500 per month expense cap
Location: Fully on-site, Lebanon, Indiana
OverviewThe Vendor Turnover Package (VTOP) Specialist will support the coordination, tracking, and management of vendor turnover documentation within a cGMP pharmaceutical environment. This role works closely with construction, commissioning, and quality-aligned teams to ensure vendor packages are reviewed, discrepancies are tracked, and turnover milestones are met in line with site expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the distribution, tracking, and coordination of vendor turnover packages with construction and commissioning teams.
- Track discrepancies identified during VTOP reviews and support follow-up to resolution.
- Monitor review cycle times and how long discrepancies remain open.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs and status reports for all VTOP activities.
- Support reporting, metrics, and dashboards related to VTOP progress and performance.
- Assist the VTOP Manager with overall documentation control and workflow efficiency.
- cGMP pharmaceutical experience is required.
- Experience supporting construction, commissioning, or capital projects within regulated environments.
- Strong documentation control, tracking, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work fully on-site in a fast-paced project environment.
