Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Manager with hands-on experience in mass timber installation
, specifically CLT, glulam, NLT, and DLT
. The Quality Manager will oversee quality control across fabrication and field installation and ensure projects meet specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
- Inspect CLT, glulam, NLT, and DLT installation at job sites.
- Oversee QA/QC activities for mass timber fabrication and construction.
- Review drawings, specifications, and installation plans.
- Identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct inspections and quality audits.
- Maintain inspection reports and project quality documentation.
- Work closely with project managers, fabrication teams, and field crews.
- Help reduce rework and improve overall project quality.
- Direct experience with mass timber installation is required, particularly CLT, glulam, NLT, and/or DLT.
- Construction, fabrication, or QA/QC experience in mass timber is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
