Learn more:  As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will patrol assigned areas and complete frequent vehicle rounds, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and timely reporting.

This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy requirements. You will document activity, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and deliver customer service with integrity in a caring, agile, and reliable culture.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Location: Lebanon, IN

• Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or post orders, and supporting emergency response activities when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of the interior, exterior, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, including checking identification and/or credentials and directing guests according to site procedures.
• Complete reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate pertinent information to the site supervisor and/or client representatives.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
