Security Officer - Screening

Allied Universal - Up to $18.78/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Screen employees, visitors, and/or vendors upon entry and exit, including verifying identification, managing access authorization, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs per site procedures;
Support shipping and receiving operations by monitoring inbound and outbound traffic flow, coordinating with site contacts on driver check-in, and reporting irregularities in a timely manner;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing incident documentation and communicating updates to site leadership as required;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building and perimeter, and monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms to help deter unauthorized activity
