Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, following post instructions and reporting unauthorized entry attempts or other security-related concerns;
Communicate with site contacts, fellow personnel, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, hazards, and ongoing security-related matters
