Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, loading areas, and credentialing points to help verify authorized access, direct visitors, and report unusual activity through proper channels.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or actions according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report maintenance or access issues.;
Support visitor management and badge control by checking identification, maintaining required logs, and communicating with property management and/or designated contacts regarding access requests.
