Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor access control points by verifying credentials, processing visitor check-ins, issuing temporary badges, and documenting arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or unusual activity through the proper chain of communication;
Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry areas, challenging individuals when appropriate, and reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or facility concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting security-related issues and/or maintenance concerns that may impact daily operations
