Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-related records.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, common areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Communicate professionally with site personnel and visitors while supporting a controlled, professional environment.
