Security Officer - First Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor and control access to the property by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, issuing access badges or passes, and directing guests according to site procedures.;
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, access concerns, and property conditions.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain access-control logs, incident documentation, and other security-related records in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
