Trillium Staffing - - Responsibilities:
Perform horizontal concrete patching and repair on large industrial slab floors, including filling voids, spalls, and surface defects to spec;
Grind and prepare concrete surfaces prior to patching, ensuring proper bonding and adhesion of repair materials;
Apply and finish patching compounds, cementitious overlays, and repair mortars to achieve flush, level surfaces;
Use hand and power finishing tools (trowels, floats, grinders, power trowels) to achieve specified surface finishes;
Read and interpret basic project drawings or markings to identify patch locations, depths, and finish requirements
