Industrial Concrete Patch Finisher Tempo, Per Diem

Trillium Construction is in need of JM Level Horizontal Patchwork Concrete Finishers in Lebanon, IN!

Duties:

· Perform horizontal concrete patching and repair on large industrial slab floors, including filling voids, spalls, and surface defects to spec

· Grind and prepare concrete surfaces prior to patching, ensuring proper bonding and adhesion of repair materials

· Apply and finish patching compounds, cementitious overlays, and repair mortars to achieve flush, level surfaces

· Use hand and power finishing tools (trowels, floats, grinders, power trowels) to achieve specified surface finishes

· Read and interpret basic project drawings or markings to identify patch locations, depths, and finish requirements

· Keep pace with a fast-moving, high-production schedule — this site runs at a commercial mega project tempo

Pay: $32-$35/hr DOE
Per diem: $100/day all 7 days (if full schedule is worked)

Schedule:

Monday Saturday 60+ hours a week

Qualifications:

-Direct hands-on horizontal patching and slab repair
-Concrete finishing background (journeyman-level or equivalent field experience)
-Comfortable with power trowels, angle grinders, and hand finishing tools
-Able to pass pre-employment screenings
