Industrial Carpenter – Foreman

Grand Industrial at our Lebanon, Indiana location is seeking a hands‑on Industrial Carpenter – Foreman to lead crews on industrial and commercial construction projects throughout Indiana and surrounding areas.

This is a working leadership role. On smaller projects, you will work alongside your crew performing the work. On larger projects, you will focus on planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and crew leadership.

• Lead industrial and commercial construction crews.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.
• Perform and oversee carpentry, concrete, doors, finishes, and general construction work.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Work directly with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Complete daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation.

• Experience in industrial, commercial, or construction environments.
• Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Crew Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• $65,000 - $100,000 annual salary, including guaranteed hourly salary and overtime.
