Barnhart is seeking a Rigging Foreman for the Eli Lilly project site in Lebanon, IN. In this role, you will supervise field crews performing heavy lifts, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project plans. You will coordinate daily rigging operations closely with project teams and clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy industrial construction, strong leadership skills, and be affiliated with a union. This position may require travel and outdoor work at industrial sites.
