We are seeking an experienced Security Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale commercial security and access control projects. This leadership position is responsible for managing technicians and project leads, coordinating installation activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and driving projects to successful completion.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and low-voltage technologies with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial security system installations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop project leads and technicians
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, project milestones, and resource allocation
• Ensure successful installation of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems
• Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and installation challenges
• Support testing, commissioning, and system performance verification activities
• Enforce safety requirements, company procedures, and industry best practices
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Monitor project progress and provide timely status updates and documentation
• Drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

• Proven experience leading field operations on commercial security system projects
• Strong knowledge of access control, alarm, and CCTV systems
• Experience managing technicians, project leads, and installation teams
• Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing professionalism

• Experience commissioning, testing, and validating security systems
• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring practices and installation standards
• Ability to train, coach, and develop field personnel
• OSHA safety knowledge and commitment to maintaining safe job sites
• Experience using Microsoft Office and project documentation tools
• Relevant manufacturer certifications in access control, video surveillance, or intrusion detection systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
