Plumber, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a licensed plumber in Lebanon, IN to support a pharmaceutical client. The role is a Monday–Friday first shift focusing on preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, installations, and troubleshooting of complex plumbing and mechanical systems.
You will read blueprints, perform light pipe fitting, and coordinate with engineers and planners to keep facilities running safely and reliably. A valid CDL is required and a strong safety mindset is essential.
